Name: He gives his name as Bishop. His real name is Ernest Rammsteiner.
Age: Looks to be somewhere in the range between 25 and 30.
Gender: Male.
Species: Genetically modified human.
Sexuality: He might just have one.
Appearance: Bishop is a tall, slender man normally found in his clerical vestment with the liturgical stole, long dark coat and white collar. He also wears dark glasses to conceal his eyes, which are pale and glassy, the pupils grey rather than black. His hair is a long, pale blond with shorter bangs across his forehead and framing his face. Despite that his eyes are hidden, his face is very expressive. While he tends to smile to mask his emotions often, he's more honest when he doesn't think he's being watched.

Personality: Not your average priestly, God-fearing type of guy. Quirky. Cheerful. Contemplative. Unfailingly polite, even to his enemies and those who'd gladly kill him. A marked fearless streak. Intelligent. A wry sense of humour. Blunt and honest. Dispenses pearls of wisdom like it's going out of fashion. Secretive. Well-meaning even if his way of going about it is questionable. Sly. Perceptive. A bit manipulative. A tricky bitch. God might not like him.
Abilities/Strengths: Able fighter. 'Sees' with other senses. Sensitive touch, smell and hearing. Sixth sense for danger and navigation. Intelligent. Cunning. Good at hiding it. Trustworthy. Extremely difficult to kill, assuming the collars possess the same universal traits.
Weaknesses: Blind. Lolita complex. Nill. Young women in general. Strength disadvantage.
Notable Possessions: A cane he carries that, while seemingly harmless, he is able to use as a weapon.
History: Minister in a church where he has given Heine refuge. He was also a subject of the Underground experiments. Friends with Heine. His brother, though Heine has only very, very recently discovered that. Is soon entrusted with Nill's safety. Sensed the dogs stirring. Met with Fraullein and, despite her reknowned deadliness, took a shot at a surprise attack. She did overpower him, but also notably seemed more interested in talking after she realised he knew a lot about what was going on. Given that nobody has "seen her blade and lived", it's quite an accomplishment. It was after this that he was questioned about his ability to navigate and why he knew so much about the underground. He revealed himself to possess a collar, and to be the brother of Heine Rammsteiner. |
